I hope this blog post finds you doing well and I hope you are living life to its fullest! I write to you today to inform you of three things, all very important.

# 1 – WHP 580 Real Estate Investing Talk Radio Show – This Saturday from 4pm – 5pm I will interview Larry Goins on how he is buying and selling 10 – 20 homes per month in 11 different states! You can listen live on WHP 580 at 4pm – 5pm or download the podcast at any time at:

#2 – Free Real Estate Educational Event This Saturday from 10am – 12:30pm. If you have ever thought that diversifying into real estate was of interest to you, then you need to attend the event I am hosting this Saturday at 10am. I will share with you how I went from owning a HORRIBLE portfolio filled with low income, junk real estate that drove me out of my mind – to owning quality built homes in areas of economic growth that provide me with passive income, favorable tax treatment and long term wealth accumulation. And nowadays I LOVE the properties I own and the tenants I lease them to. I COMPLETELY reinvented myself and I will share all of the details with you this Saturday at 10am. You can register by clicking here:

#3 – Are you in the market for a great wholesale deal or turn-key income producing property? Call me anytime to get a list of available properties we have. No matter what your strategy; Fix and Flip, Buy and Hold or even Lease Options, I more than likely have a deal or two that will work for you. Call my assistant anytime to schedule a time to chat with me about what you are looking to do and how I may be of assistance to you. Call Yashira at 717-901-7763 Ext 312, do it now as time waits for no one!

In closing I would like to leave with you this positive thought for the day. If you are not consistently FAILING, then you are probably not moving forward. People view failure as bad, however, it is the exact opposite. It is necessary if you are going to grow as a person and grow in business. At the time of the failure it may not be too fun, but trust me, it’s part of the learning process and each failure brings you one step closer to success.

I have been investing in real estate for 15 years, completed more than 1,100 deals and I must tell you, I have fallen flat on my face more times them I care to mention, but, it was all part of my “process”. Get out there and take action towards your goals and trust me, don’t worry about failure, it’s part of the process and you will become a better investor as a result of it.

Happy Investing!
